April 8, 2019 My company had been searching for years to find a business operating software that would be consistent with our needs. Being an electrical contractor, we searched for customizable software that could estimate, invoice, produce contracts and quotes from one data base. We have tried numerous programs that promised results to be a fit, however they never came through. Creating frustration and forcing us to use bits and pieces from different programs to accomplish our tasks. Being familiar with File Maker Data bases, I reached out and found KiBiz. I talked with Allen and his staff, instead of an operator or sales person. KiBiz’s staff reviewed our goals and needs. They accomplished what we asked for and were quite reasonable in cost. Using KiBiz is a breeze. After a little training my staff can quickly produce estimates, quotes, and contracts within minutes. On top of that KiBiz Software has a General Ledger and keeps contacts.
