The reports are created on iPads and the order pickers find the goods and enter inventory adjustments on Ipads. This has drastically increased our ability to keep the shelves full and quickly service larger customers. This is just one example of the kind of customization possible with Ki Systems. Over the past 6 years they have been able to implement every idea that we have had to make our business run more easily and efficiently. Many other companies advertise this customization ability but to our knowledge only Ki Systems does so with virtually no restrictions except our own imagination. Finally, Ki Systems support is the best I have ever experienced with any technology company. They are accessible 24/7 through a messaging app that permits us to notify them of any issues as they arise and they often address them before we open for work the next day.
